1. A request for Refund can be raised within 2 business days of purchase.
2. Shipping related charges will not be refunded, for free shipping the actual shipping charges paid by ecricstore.com will be deducted.
3. To meet the refund requirements, please ensure the following:
a. There is no physical damage or tampering with the product
b. The product is not used and the original packaging is maintained including tags
c. There is a manufacturing defect
4. Once the request for refund is approved, the product should be returned to the address sent in the email that you would receive.
5. The refund will be processed to the your card or the payment mechanism used for payment.
6. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
